Parent Resources
At Eastern, we're family! That means I'm here to answer questions, give advice, or help to connect you with community resources. I have compiled a list of resources in our community including counseling resources, food pantries, shelters, and assistance for your family in a time of need. You can check out that list on our Community Resources Page.
Need help having a difficult conversation with your child? Let's talk. I can help.
Calm Down Strategies and Relaxation Techniques
When visiting the classroom, I have taught all students in our school some calm down strategies and relaxation techniques for when they are feeling angry, anxious, or sad. Not every strategy works for every student, but every student should find the coping skill that works best for them. Visit our Virtual Calming Room for some ideas!
